Proven experience in residential construction is paramount for a successful project outcome. With 32 years working in the construction industry with the past 18 years being solely devoted to residential construction J Davis Builders meets the standard as an experienced Builder. Another point of differentiation compared up against other Builders is that Owner, Jeff Davis, personally provides all project management and supervision services himself on your project. As a construction management company J Davis Builders utilizes a team of highly skilled, experienced, and properly insured subcontractors to complete projects. We do not self-perform construction work therefore our sole attention is given to professionally managing the subcontractors with their scope of work, schedule of work, and quality of work. We feel this practice provides the best results for our Clients. Additionally, all our Client work is performed on a cost/plus fee basis which is the most fair contractual arrangement for both the Homeowner and the Builder creating a win/win scenario. All subcontractor estimates and invoices are provided to our Homeowners for 100% transparency and a line item budget is provided to compare actual vrs budgeted construction cost. Our construction management fees vary dependent upon project size, but are absolutely commensurate with industry standards. J Davis Builders does not take any upfront deposits on our contracts as we believe our services should be paid based on a % of completion basis.

Wolves are powerful icons throughout Native American culture, symbolizing numerous qualities including ferocity, skill, loyalty, perseverance, generosity, success, and compassion. The wolf is a symbol of mentoring, teaching, and wisdom, reminding us that we are all teachers to everyone we meet.
The Cherokee tale “Two Wolves” tells how a grandfather teaches his young grandson how to select proper actions. The grandfather instructs the boy that inside of each person, including the boy himself, two wolves constantly battle. One wolf contains selfishness, anger, and lies; the other wolf is peace, love, and kindness. The boy asks his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?” and the wise elder replies, “The one you feed.” The essence of this story guides the values in which we live by and do business at J Davis Builders.
The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. -Marcus Aurelias
